We all want our skin
healthy and smooth, and for that, we try to do every possible thing which our
skin needs. From using skin care products to visiting dermatologist, using home
remedies, and so many other things we do for our skin. But have you ever
thought that what is still going wrong that your skin is still getting rashes
or pimples or tan, etc?
There is no doubt that
we don’t care for our skin, because that is why we do so much to keep our skin
healthy. But we should be aware of a few things which can damage our skin. So,
here I am going to give you some tips regarding the skin care. Following these
tips will help you in keeping your flawless skin, glowing, smooth, and healthy.
Always wipe off the make-up – Nowadays, makeup is not just limited
to girls, even boys do it too. And they both need to know this fact that
sleeping without removing the makeup will damage their skin badly. It’s
essential to bring this in routine especially if you are an everyday make-up person.
These days there are many makeup removers also available in the market which
you can use. Else, you can use coconut oil or olive oil also to remove the
make-up from your face. And then you can wash your face clean using a face
wash.
Stop touching your skin again and again – Many of us have the habit of touching
our face again and again or keeping our hands on our face. But it is not at all
good for the skin. Because your hands or fingers may have germs on it. And the
skin of the face is sensitive and it may develop a pimple or a breakout or
rashes on your skin.
Do not pop or scratch – Often, we tend to pop out a pimple on our face. Or
because of the itching we scratch our face or rub it harshly because of the
irritation. But doing any of these things is not healthy for the skin as it may
lead to more pimples or may damage your skin. It can lead to more breakouts and
can also leave with a scar on your skin. So, let that pimple go away itself or
consult a dermatologist. But do not do experiments by popping it out or by
scratching your skin.
Do not overdo the makeup – Overdoing the makeup may also cause skin problem. Just
to look good, you need not apply a lot of makeup every day. It can be fine for
once in a while. Otherwise, it is better to keep it simple with less amount of
make-up on your face. As make-up will clog your pores and as it stays on your
face for long hours so it will not let your skin cells breathe also which can
damage your skin abruptly.
Stop changing your skin care routine – We all follow a skin care routine for
taking care of our skin. But if you will keep changing it every now and then,
it will leave your skin irritated and damaged. It is good if you can stick to
one healthy skin care routine which suits your skin also. And do not overdo the
skincare routine as that is also not good for the skin. So, it’s better to keep
it simple and follow what is best and suitable for your skin.
Make proper use of sunscreen – Whether it is summers or winters, we
need sunscreen in both the seasons. But many of us have the habit to apply it
just on our face and leave rest of the parts. But just like our facial skin,
even our hands, our neck portion also needs the sunscreen. So, from next time when you are going to apply the sunscreen, apply it to all
the body parts which are exposed to sunrays. And make sure that you use
sunscreen with a good SPF protection as well which generally should be higher
than SPF 30.
